Daily writing promptHow do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?When it’s time to unplug, my mind, body, and soul warn me in advance that it’s time to rest. During my resting hours, I have been writing constantly for the past few years, which has helped me ease my mind. I am an overthinker, which is a bad habit I really need to stop because it only leads to sabotaging my current and future self. Writing poems daily has helped ease my overthinking habits and, in the process, has sharpened my creativity and improved my writing skills.
